My experience has been great so far! GRT has helped me settle 3 of my credit card accounts in 2022 as well as my largest credit card account this year! The largest account has been the greatest source of stress for me but thanks to GRT, specifically my assigned ************************************************ I am less stressed and well on my way to becoming completely debt free!

I cancelled my account only after 1 month because I realized I would be in more debt using a debt settlement company. I am getting the run around about getting my 1st and only payment refunded. I found out my refund will not be what I paid. Their bank is taking processing fees out and I will be refunded in 2 separate payments when it is convenient for them. GRT is causing me a financial hardship at this time.
I was hesitant to do a debt settlement, but when I started looking at how much interest I would be paying and how long it would take to pay off my credit cards and personal loan I decided to do it. GRT Financial was very open about the process, how my credit would take a nose dive and how it would depend on the creditors accepting offers or not as to how long it would take me to pay it off. My experience with GRT has been very positive. The individual I spoke with was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to address my question quickly and effectively. I was extremely happy with the service I received.
The people at GRT have been great to work with. They are easily accessible, sympathetic, knowledgeable and patient with any questions or issues I have had. I was given an estimate of 4 years with an affordable monthly payment to get out of debt. I was able to pay bills and actually put money aside in my savings account. However, I was sued twice by one credit card company who refused to settle and wanted a significant amount in payment. I started an agreement with GRT financial in April I made an agreement to pay off ***** in credit card debt at 326 dollars per month for 33months I was informed that this would effect my credit score but was lead to believe they would iniciate settlements in about 8 weeks 5 months later no action now they inform me that I need to pay in 50% equity before they take action or approx16months of collecting my money with o action they said I didnt read the contract which I did not I trusted the info they were giving me I just wan... read more
