I signed up with company in July and payments $610.87 started coming out of my accountin August. I was led to believe in talking with them that they were a consolidation company. They said that they try to reach settlements with my creditors. They have taken $4276.09 from me now and my accounts have not been settled/closed. I am collecting late fee charges. I have been using this company for six months. During that they have settled with one company, but have not notified any other company. I am receiving calls daily from these companies asking about payments. I have explained that I am going through GRT and that they will be in touch with them. But after 6 months they still haven't heard from they. I have called numerous times checking on my account and all I get is that they are building up my account. I would recommend this company to anybody.

Had the pleasure of speaking with *** two days ago. I was looking for advisement on how to proceed with a specific creditor. Her insights and experience definitely provided me with direction as to my options going forward. I am grateful for her inputs.The only downside to working with GRT is the sometimes long wait times to speak with an agent. I was told by GRT that a certain amount would be drafted from my account every month for 4 years. As soon as they came to an agreement with my creditor, they said they would need to increase the drafting amount until the balance was paid off. I asked for an immediate refund since that was never mentioned to me. I found out that I was only going to get about half of my money back because they were taking out so much in fees.
