Shitty clinic ! Made us wait for over 2 years for a life altering surgery only to cancel for a bullshit reason at the MOMENT we showed up! Thats unprofessional and unsupportive !

Once your there, everything is fine, but we have to wait up to a year in between surgeries and do some twice because they can't do it right the first time. Really deceiving
Absolutely amazing, can tell they are very experienced and caring, if not a bit overworked at the time.
I am thankful that I'm able to get top surgery sooner than waiting in my own province, but I am quite disappointed in my results. I came to GRS in April 2025. I wish I had done more research before choosing my surgeon instead of just listening to a friend. He was dismissive, told me I'd for sure have dog-ears, basically called me fat - 11 months later, I still haven't developed any.
