I had EWI installed off GRS. Gary was the easiest to deal with, and I wish I had Gary from the start. Will was basically a nightmare! If it wasn’t calling someone from India to take the cables off the wall, or turning up to my house with 2 Luton vans full of gear, or just being ridiculous through and through, he was incredibly difficult to deal with, I ended up calling northern power for 3 weeks sorting out what Will should have done.
