I was booked in for work, I asked for a confirmation, I didn't get one, I was told a few days before the work was to start that GRS needed to postpone as they had double booked me. I replied saying how frustrated I was but that I understand mistakes happen. I was then told that, due to my message (which was not an angry rant by any means) they wouldn't carry out the job at all, leaving me totally stranded. Most ignorant people I have came across. No manners . Can't be bothered attitude. Lucky I gave them a 1 star.
I was recommended GRS by a work colleague and they have been excellent. Clear, straight-forward quotation and turned up promptly to carry out the work. Accommodated last minute changes to what I wanted done and completed all the work to a very high finish. Always polite, on time and very tidy. Would recommend to family & friends.

As someone fairly ignorant to electrical problems, I found Gordon at GRS to be a clear, informative and polite tradesman. I described the issue, he diagnosed it and advised a cost over the phone. Within 48 hours, the job was done and the issue resolved. For speedy resolution, reasonable price and clear, informative customer service, I would use GRS again.
