AVOID AT ALL COSTS, GRS Electrical were tasked (via our agent Robert Bell & Co) to do some minor improvements on a Buy to let flat we hold in Horncastle. Half way through the job some bright spark in this outfit decided to pull a fast one by signing off their own work as unsatisfactory in an Electrical installations conditions report (EICR).
