Disastrous experience with Ryan. Booked through Grozzys Air. Came Monday 28th Nov. Charged $190. Part to be ordered. Receipt not received until January after many requests. Part never came and receipt (Platinum Air Letterhead) itemises $190 as the call out fee and only charge. Still no part. AC issue never rectified.
Ryan did a very good job of installing our air condition to our living area and bedroom . He was on time , efficient and as per the quote. I can highly recommend his services.
Quality workmanship, fairly priced. Came when he said he would. Happy to recommend.
