He did a triple bypass with aortic valve replacement on me on 1/29/2021. Upon closing me HE FAILED to use the REQUIRED METAL BRACKETS TO BE SCREWED INTO THE STERNUM. Instead he uses WIRES LIKE TWISTY-TIES. WHICH CHEWED UP MY STERNUM AND LEFT SCAR TISSUE IN IT'S PLACE. HE EVEN REFUSED THE BIO CERAMIC STERNUM AND FAILED TO GIVE ME A SURGICAL BRA FOR MY H-CUP BREASTS. I STILL to this day have extremely sharp pains, constant popping and grinding in my chest; after over 4 years.
Dr. Groysman listened to my issues and ordered the testing I needed to have done. He showed professionalism and concern. All of my family goes to see Dr. Groysman and we are all completely satisfied with his experience and mannerism. I wanted a Physician who would get things done and have not been disappointed.
Groysman has horrible bedside manner. Makes patients feel unheard and dismissed.
Dr. Schmelzer did my triple bypass surgery. He did a great job! I thank him and his team.
He is very personable and to the point. I have to really listen well to understand him (I have a hard time hearing with my right ear) but I do like him as my doctor, especially a lot better than my previous doctor!
Very unhappy with this office/Dr. Dr requested multiple visits for basic maintenance drug renewals. Scheduled appointments which they cancelled. Then the Dr would not approve medication refills. Ive been unhappy for a couple years but who wants to change Dr's. This finally pushed me over the edge. Look elsewhere I really feel like its a money grab for visits.
Dr Ulicny did a double bi-pass on my heart 7 years ago. I’m 75 this year and still feeling great and loving life. Thanks Doc
This is not about a visit, it is about the poor service provided by Dr Scott and/or his staff. It seems that every requirement requested by Medicare (prescriptions, notes, clarifications) can not be provided. The office staff keeps you on hold and can't submit the required paperwork. After 6 phone calls each with 30 minute or more hold time, and repeating the same information several times.... only to do nothing. Poorest excuse for health care in Kentucky!
Best GP in my 63 years, period!
