Growthbuilt completed a set of units and my husband and I purchased one. Since then, the customer care team have helped with some minor issues at our unit. They were so efficient and timely in getting the work done and were genuinely concerned about our happiness and the quality of the works. I really recommend this company and thank the customer care team for their commitment.
Very disappointed with the after-settlement service. My newly built townhouse was settled in January this year. I first reported a leak in the garage in April, but the issue likely started much earlier, as mould had already begun forming on the rooftop by the time I noticed it.
