I have known Josephine for a few years now and have dealt with her many times outside of the practice and her passion, commitment and care for her clients is impressive. Everything she says or talks about regarding her clients evolves around the highest level of service and results. Another point is her passion project of helping small business owners work through the pressures of small business and evolve themselves. A true gem in the heart of Liverpool ❤️
After entering through the door, I heard music that was very calming, which reduced my nervousness. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Shortly afterwards, the psychologist appeared, greeted me, introduced herself, and invited me into her office. The psychologist listened attentively and made brief comments. The entire appointment took place in a relaxed atmosphere, which helped me to reduce my anxiety.
I’ve been a client of Growth since February 2024. They have helped me with my anxiety and depression. I’m still not out of the woods, so to speak but I’m in a better place than when I first started treatment . At first I had Urwa as my psychologist and now Rocio looks after me . They are both very professional and have helped me .
Amazing Service. Bismal is so kind and helpful. Really understands my child and supports him whole heartedly. The ladies at the front are supportive too. Highly recommend the service.
I sought therapy from Josephine Gale for chronic pain management after a car accident. Most of our time was spent watching publicly available videos, which could have been homework and our session time could've been used better.
