After entering through the door, I heard music that was very calming, which reduced my nervousness. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Shortly afterwards, the psychologist appeared, greeted me, introduced herself, and invited me into her office. The psychologist listened attentively and made brief comments. The entire appointment took place in a relaxed atmosphere, which helped me to reduce my anxiety.

Amazing Service. Bismal is so kind and helpful. Really understands my child and supports him whole heartedly. The ladies at the front are supportive too. Highly recommend the service.

I booked for one session with a psychologist and I was not happy with them. The psychologist came in and looked at bit disinterested, kept checking his phone (which wasn’t on silent) while I was talking and he ended the session more than 15 minutes before the session was supposed to end. Their reason was that I had to fill out paperwork before the session, which I apparently already did.

I’ve been a client of Growth since February 2024. They have helped me with my anxiety and depression. I’m still not out of the woods, so to speak but I’m in a better place than when I first started treatment . At first I had Urwa as my psychologist and now Rocio looks after me . They are both very professional and have helped me .
