The Good: We had two family member go through evals with Dr. Malia. He was very thorough and went through the report very clearly. He is extremely professional. I like the ease of communication via email. The Bad: They are rather booked, but really I feel like everyone is. But I just called to try to schedule to more evaluations, and was told that, "As of 4/1, we will no longer be accepting insurance for testing services. Had a great and positive experience with my son and Dr. Gadgil. She was kind and great about explaining things.
This is one of the most unprofessional practices I have encountered. To start, the intake coordinator started yelling at me when I asked if placing a credit card on file was necessary. Rude and unnecessary, so I sent a message to the officer manager letting them know what had happened. After my first session was complete, I had set up the next four sessions with the therapist.
