Office reception is friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist is amazing, friendly and caring towards my kids. She performed surgery on my 4 year old. We love Dr. McMahon and staff. The dentist office is clean, with lots of amenities for the kids like ipads and tvs when they are getting their teeth cleaned.
My Son went here when he was 4, he is now 8 and he still talks about how awful this place was. The guilt from this will haunt me for the rest of my life. He tells me how scary it was when he woke up from being put under for crowns that he probably didn't even need. I was a first time Mom and they took advantage of that. I should have gotten a second opinion before letting this place put my baby to sleep for a few crowns....that were SILVER and nobody warned me that they would be silver. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Upon arrival the lady at the front desk by the name of Kelly was very welcoming and pleasant. After checking in the entire visit went left. The dental assistant or hygienist, I dont know which title she fell under, whom is contracting with the company called us back and did not address us with a hello or anything.
