They don’t tell you up front how much the insurance is going to pay, and then you get a big bill on the mail for a child’s cleaning, ridiculous expensive, office clerks are rude
This office is the best! Roxanna N in the front has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. They take the time to answer any questions you may have and help you get a better understanding.
We left before our appointment because we didn't have confidence in the office after our intake experience. This would have been my 1 year old son's first dentist appointment and I didn't trust the doctor before ever meeting them because the office was kind of a disaster. The forms had 50+ typos and looked very unprofessional, the staff was not friendly and did not have the temperament you would expect of a pediatric services office, we waited 25 minutes before we left as it appeared they booked 4 different families for the ... read more
