I have been taking my daughters to Dr. Parhar at Growing Smiles Dentistry in Redmond for over 10 years, and the experience has been consistently exceptional. Our appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM. After arriving on time and checking in, my 2-year-old and I waited for over 30 minutes with no update. I had to ask the receptionist myself to find out what was going on. That’s when I learned they had double-booked the 9 AM slot. If I hadn’t followed up, I wouldn’t have known anything. It’s frustrating to keep a toddler waiting that long—especially without communication. Very disappointing experience.
Wow!.. What an amazing experience we had today!. They got a solid team of assistants & Dr.parhar was so kind, gentle and patient with our kids. Office was so interesting for kids with lot of thoughtful toys inside each rooms. They put effort to keep kids comfortable and parents well-informed
I don’t know that I could write a review that could truly portray the gratitude that I have for Dr. Parhar and her incredible team. My son is now 8 and I have been bringing him here since he was a toddler.
