Our family has been with Growing Kids since our son was born. In the three years we went there, we never once met Dr. Lane. The nurse practitioners were phenomenal which is why we stayed. Having never met the doctor in those three years, we are then asked to pay $1800 per year for a concierge practice with a doctor we have never met. After our third appointment we were told about the office moving to a concierge service. We were not interested in that so we opted to follow one of their practitioners to her new office, just like others have done. Dr Lane’s office has been absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to work with when it comes to getting my child’s medical records. They are forcing you to come directly to their office to pick up physical copies of the medical record instead of sending it to my new office electronically. I want to start out by saying that I have 5 kids and they all go there. And once something starts going around, we're in there more than we are at home. When I call, all I have to do is say my last name and they already know who I am and know I need the latest appointment because of my job. My twins have been going there ever since they came home from the NICU, so they are watching them grow up. They have been saying my older boys since 2019, and they all are now like family.
