After a few years of driving over an hour to Growing Grins, we decided to switch to a local dentist. After experiencing a different dentist office, all my children begged for me to call Growing Grins to go back to them. Everyone is always so kind, the wait is never too long, the waiting room isn’t full, and my children love coming here.
Love this dentist. My son is autistic and they are very accommodating. They are gentle and compassionate and take their time doing his cleanings. Even when he had a few cavities they were understanding.
I’ll leave this short and sweet without going into details but.. Do yourself/kids a favor & avoid at all costs. Dr Jessie should NOT be working with small kids. She’s not empathetic and definitely not kid friendly, at all, she doesn’t have the patience for them. She has zero personality and not the best attitude. And god forbid you question her or go against what she says.. needless to say - Worst pediatric dentist experience, ever!!
“Dr. Jesse” is very condescending. Every time you ask a question that she doesn’t agree with, she responds with an attitude. Our daughter had an X-ray (not great quality) and she determined she had a cavity and it needed filled immediately. We discussed options and she stated if the “child needs sedation we will Put on a silver cap because it’s easier.” When I raised my concerns about my child having a bunch of caps she said we could get a second opinion and find someone who accepts our insurance.
