I didnt have high expectations at times like these, but given that, I still was very disappointed. The flowers were left on my mothers porch without anyone knocking or ringing the doorbell, which was clearly lit up. And the flowers weren't the right ones I chose. I had spent almost spent 240 on two arrangments. Their policy clearly says that they will not leave flowers without anyone being contacted. They had my home #, cell # and ppl were home at both delivery spots. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE TO SAVE A COUPLE DOLLARS.
So disappointed. The flowers were not quality. This bouquet was 89$. The flowers are broken, the bouquet is not full. There was a little card. But the little card was in the box not in the card holder and it was soaked and damaged. My husband ordered this as a surprise for me and it was nothing but a huge disappointment on your end. He’s amazing. But your company took our money... and quite a bit of it and sent us trash flowers. 89$ should get me flowers with all their petals...
YOU GUYS CHARGED ME 3.50 FOR A "LARGE CARD" HOWEVER WHEN THE FLOWERS ARRIVED THERE WAS NO LARGE CARD ONLY A PIECE OF PAPER WITH WHAT I SAID TYPED OUT AND FOLDED SEVERAL TIMES IT LOOKED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL NOT ONLY THAT I MADE ME LOOK HORRIBLE TO MY WIFE ON HER BIRTHDAY AS I COULD HAVE STOPPED AND GRABBED A CARD INSTEAD OF PAYING FOR A "PRETEND" ONE I'LL BE SURE TO LET EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW ALONG WITH THE ONLINE COMMUNITY REGARDING YOUR SERVICES AND HOW IT WAS A COMPLETE RIP OFF.
