The windows and doors are of good quality, but the company does not seem to have a good local N.Y. support structure . When adjustments are necessary , for example on my front door. There is no sense of urgency, Bieber apparently has one 3rd party repair guy for all of NY so I am kind of stuck. I also found out today that the original door may have been shipped with window hinges and not door hinges so the door is sagging.
