He always takes time to explain the dos and dont's and takes his time with all of us novice growers. If you haven't been to there to check it out you're truly missing out!! Chris and his wife Lia are the best! Had a bulb that failed, and they replaced it. Excelent customer service, product knolage, and a seemingly endless inventory. Grow Big is my go to store.
