I go as often as I can. I have received great results with anxiety relief and feeling more peaceful, as well as, becoming more flexible. Sherry and Hannah are great yoga instructors. I have attended classes taught by Sherry on and off for about 15 years. Also, if you have gym benefits through your insurance, it may cover the costs. I also have attended a soundbath and that was interesting and also relaxing and helpful. I highly recommend yoga here for everyone whether a beginner or experienced.
