Rude and argumentative employees serviced our property today. They cut down good living cedars, telling the strata manager they were dead. You be the judge, they where as green as could be before. I asked them to pause or move on to one of the many other jobs on our property so I could quickly talk to the strata manager about what was going on, they refused and put the saw into one of the trees immediately. Grow Tree Care came recommended to us via another tree service company locally. The communication was great, people showed up when they said they would, and the stumps are gone. The crew that brought in the stump grinder were considerate of the existing landscaping and grass.
The Grow Tree Care team came to remove a tree that crashed through my fence and into my yard in a recent windstorm. They did a wonderful, careful job - the yard went from a complete disaster to completely tidy thanks to their work. All three guys were friendly and I really appreciate their attention to detail!
Have you noticed the TALL Douglas Fir at 4699 Muir Rd is gone? The tree had a case of Bark Beetle and had to go. Grow Tree Care worked most of the day and left not a trace of the debris…even the shedded needles have disappeared. Thank you Grow for the fast, polite and efficient work and above all your expertise!
Rude and argumentative employees serviced our property today. One had a nap on our laneway. They over cut and cut down good living cedars saying they were dead. They did a half ass clean up job. Instead of asking me to move my truck they left it a mess with sawdust and chain oil, refusing to clean it properly afterwards. If you're looking for your view to be destroyed with a lot of attitude these are the people to call. You be the judge, before and after pictures.
