We were visiting the area for school holidays and were looking for somewhere for our 7yo to train and keep up his mat time and rolls in the leadup to state titles. Made contact with Ben and he was more than happy to have Theo come train with his teams. 3 sessions of no gi, 2 x in Stanthorpe and 1 x at the HQ in Warwick where Ben coached high level technique and conditioning followed by some hard rolls and he left there sweaty and smiling. I dropped in for a No-Gi class while visiting town to see relatives, and I’m really glad I did. Ben (the owner) was very welcoming and made it easy to jump into the session. The class was great — clear instruction, good structure, and a really friendly group of people to train with. The atmosphere was welcoming and respectful, which made it a great experience as a visitor. If I lived locally I’d definitely train here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get into MMA or find a solid place to train.
Great coaches, really supportive community. The best martial arts club in the area!
Grandson has been attending for about 3 years and loves Ben and all the other kids. Highly recommend!
