Since adding good fencing the deer, rabbits and groundhogs have not gotten to our vegetables. Great advice for our hillside. UPDATE Pulling the last vegetables from the first summer’s crop out of the freezer in April. We must have stored 50 plus pounds as well as what was eaten.. Gave away so many cukes, summer squash and tomatoes.
Boris and his team transformed my yard in just a couple of days from an overgrown jungle into a beautifully maintained oasis. They carefully followed the instructions I gave them to still leave some habitat and natural growth, helping me strike a balance between usability for people and wildlife. While I’m not growing food at this time, I would contact them again if I needed help installing a vegetable garden. In the meantime keep in mind they do landscaping too!
This is the kind of company I love. Boots on the ground approach to more sustainable agricultural practices.
