Paid for dirt and seeding of front lawn last year, quote included the straw on top to keep the seed in place. They did the work without the straw; torrential rains followed application. It took one month to come back out (only after I asked for a refund). Looks terrible and will have to pay someone else to do it this year. I liked their weed & feed but it was like pulling teeth for them to come out even thought I pre-paid for the entire year. Really disappointing. Very hard to reach.
