I love this laser cap & would highly recommend it to anyone. I purchased it over a year ago for thinning hair & the results I've had is amazing. The charger fits neatly in my pocket so I'm able to just walk around the house, so I don't need to set aside the time in order to use either. I've been using the Grow280 Cap for a number of years and it has been very effective. A few years after purchasing (and well outside the warranty period), I ran into a minor tech problem with a part. The team were generous in their time to help me troubleshoot, helped identify the problem, and promptly sent me a new part without any charge. Great customer service, and looking forward to continue using the Cap for many years ahead. Highly recommend.
