Grow landscaping basically does the bare minimum, they haven’t provided services I paid for and they broke 5 sprinkler heads. They don’t respond and don’t seem to care.
Poor communication, broke property, don’t recommend
They damaged my property, missed multiple weeks of service, and repeatedly ignored me when I reached out about these issues. They told me they would replace something they broke, but never did. I ended up losing money using this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
Grow Landscaping has been very unprofessional! I am going to report to the Better Business Bureau as I had to pay them up front and they won’t return my calls or texts. Do not use these people. It’s a scam!!!
I have been with grow landscaping for many years and everything was ok. However, recently, I have been trying to reach out to chase or anyone in the company for few concerns I have but nothing worked. They are not answering the phone, not replying to the emails and the lawn service itself became worse by time consequently I start seeing the lawn is dying and getting a lot of violations from the HOA due to their poor service nowadays
