While you did send reminders the evening before scheduled services, at no point was a weekly service schedule discussed, proposed, or agreed upon. Unfortunately, our experience with this lawn care service was not great. The grass was cut, but that’s about it. There was no consistency, no uniformity — it honestly looked like it was just cut to say it was done. We had previously discussed gaps in the lawn, and he assured us they would be addressed, but nothing improved. If you’re looking for someone to simply mow your yard without attention to detail or quality, this might work for you.
