Absolutely horrible clinic. I've been seeing them on and off for 5 years and every time I go, I do NOT have a positive interaction. The GROW clinic is extremely hard to get in contact with whether it be via email, phone or their portal. When I was last in there, I raised awareness to this issue and the short older lady at reception said "I disagree, you don't get in contact with us" and she proceeded to gaslight me even though I showed her the call logs proving that I have in fact tried to contact them. The front staff came across as rude and unprofessional. They didn’t seem to know how to communicate effectively with patients, and their tone and attitude made the visit uncomfortable. As a patient, you expect to be treated with respect and understanding—unfortunately, that was not the case here. The staff used to be so much better.

If you're going to offer 2 separate days of accepting new patients... maybe leave some room on the second day to actually accept new patients. Or put a sign up on your door canceling the second day and that your patient list is full. So people aren't stuck waiting HOURS in the freezing cold desperate for a doctor, just to be turned away as soon as you open. You knew there'd be a line, as there was one last weekend too. Pathetic communication skills, hope this isn't an indication on how you run your clinic.
