I had a terrible experience with GrowGreenMI. They are nothing but scammers. I placed an order with them, and after making the payment, I never received the items I paid for. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service, I got no response. It’s clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders, and their only goal is to scam people out of their money. I strongly advise anyone considering using their service to avoid it. This is a dishonest and fraudulent company that should not be trusted.

BUYER BEWARE - GROW GREEN MI - STOLE MY MONEY AND APPARENTLY NEED A SPECIAL REQUEST TO GIVE IT BACK. I PATRONIZED THEM ON EBAY A WEEK AGO, THEY IGNORED MY MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THEM TO JUST MAIL MY 640.00 PURCHASE. AFTER A WEEK THEY DELETED THE LISTING AND KEPT MY MONEY - BUYER BEWARE. AT THIS TIME THEY ARE PLAYING STUPID AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND FROM A LISTING THEY SOLD ME, THEN THEY DELETED A WEEK LATER W/O A REFUND. BUYER BEWARE - NEVER BUY FROM THEM...
One of the worst experiences in online shopping . Also no professionalism they seem to not notify you when issues occur with orders and just refund with out notifying. First time with them and already hate the service thanks I will go else where .
These people are bias and discrimintive! They block you when you catch them dirty And lying to you. Wont trust these people or recommend them
When the 2.5 gallon fertilizer I ordered became out of stock, as soon as the 1 gallon containers came in, I was sent 3! When I emailed staff regarding my tracking number, I received an answer in less than 24 hrs with the corrected tracking number. Anthony and Shyanne were quick to respond and correct the problem. I recommend this company as they don’t jack up the price when in high demand.

Traaaaaaaash company. False online inventory. Conveniently too busy to pick up the phone. Rude staff once you arrive. Smelled like burned weed in the back - very unprofessional environment with a shady vibe.
