Wasted almost 2 weeks waiting for a quote. I sent through a photo of my switchboard and everything only to receive radio silence. I tried following up numerous times but getting a quote proved to be impossible. No communication whatsoever. I'll take my business elsewhere
Absolutely fantastic company to deal with in every regard. I saw Scott's video on Youtube, spoke to him on the phone, went to their bricks and mortar location in Keys Rd, Cheltenham. Scott gave me some great advice and an awesome, very competive quote and have been in the industry for years, what is not to like. Highly recommend these guys for anyone considering solar and/or battery for their home.
0/5....Avoid at all costs...price gougers who don't even care to honor their own written quotes and wanted to take advantage of customers wanting to take up the Federal Battery Rebate scheme. They increased their own battery quote when presented with alternate offers with no explanation. Will be reporting them to relevant bodies. Save yourself the hassle and say away from them ..the market dynamics will cool down & bring these shady businesses back to their feet
