Coney Island Library has Very good and excellent service! All staff are very nice to the clients. I will recommend to everyone ti file taxes here.
Avoid this place. I can see how they may be helpful if you have a very simple tax return to prepare, but anything beyond that, RUN! They are completely disorganized, do not communicate in a timely manner and make promises they cannot fulfill. I went in person, and after filling out paperwork and waiting a long time, they turned me away, saying that I needed to have a virtual appointment.
