We are extremely happy with our families new SUV. Dave, Chris and Jack were extremely helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They listened to us and found us a great deal on the perfect vehicle for our family. I am loving my new Mom-mobile. We will be back with our future business for sure.
I was in need of what I thought of as a disposable car for my daughter that was to be a new driver. Cheap but safe. Chances that it could get wrecked. That was over a year ago and were blessed that this 92 accord is still providing. Nothing major at all so far. They were honest about battery draining and what possible reasons. Figured it out and they even had a new battery replace the one that wasn't old.
DONT DO IT! Tried to make a deal with Jack at Grow automotive and he was the worst sales person I have ever dealt with. Being from Dallas I could not make it in to see the car so I had to try and make the deal over the phone. I had to call repeated times to try and get any answers.. They never called me. Once they low balled me on my trade in I told Jack he was on of the worst sales person I have ever dealt with and he said, "isnt that great for you" and hung up on me.
