Great spot for a short stay. Good location. Extremely comfy beds. Only downside was stains / marks on towels and no English breakfast tea 🤪 Would stay again.
We had the same arrival issues as many other reviewers and found that having to access your app, touch the ‘key’ then scan the video that plays every time you access the building, access the floor you’re staying on and then access your apartment was extremely tedious even if it worked first time. Often ‘access denied’ would flash up and you’d have to do it again. The actual apartment and the location were good but I would not stay here again.
Worst online check in system imaginable (you have to send your credit card details, ID to God knows, after already paying plus download some random app just to check in). Way overly priced (2 nights nearly 3000). Place smells like wet dogs. Stingy with towels and toiletries. Phone staff are dismissive and condescending. The area isn't that great (junkies on the street as you walk out). 0 privacy as the walls are paper thin can here everything going on in the apartment plus everyone else's apartment. Quite disappointing to be honest, for starters the mobile app key system is so bad, I was staying with my wife and we only had one key access, so painful I would have to take her phone to get in and out of the building. Although the kitchen was clean but the amount of amenities were lacking. Not enough body wash in the shower as we stayed for 6 days plus not enough toilet paper and we had to buy more. We stayed one night in the two-bedroom apartment at Grow at Goodwood, SA, and our experience was excellent. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, and the free parking was a great bonus. Customer service was outstanding — very responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process over the phone.
