Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and the property was well maintained and had a good amount of amenities that other places might skip out on - laundry powder, dishwashing tablets, etc... Read about some issues with the phone app but it was surprisingly straightforward - just tap on the key button without enabling Bluetooth and its all good! We really enjoyed our stay :)
It's a good location and has a modern style to it. It was relatively clean and newly built. However, there were certain problems during our stay that inconvenienced us. 1. There is no reception or security staff on-site. Everything is online and through the mobile app. Your key is also ONLY accessed via the app. While it is great for people who tend to lose things easily, it was pretty troublesome to enter the building, especially if you're driving. Booked the hotel and was told to download an app to use the key to the room and had to upload photo ID for a pre check in, I asked over the phone the night before if that’s all we had to do before going to Goodwood and he said yes with no mention of checking in all the way up in North Adelaide which I found out the day of via text message. I would not recommend this hotel even if there are no other hotels nearby, not worth the time or effort
We had a perfect stay! The apartment is brand new, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. Its location is excellent—very close to the city, which made getting around super convenient. The only minor issue was that we were provided with only three toilet paper rolls for three people over a five-night stay, so we had to purchase more ourselves. Other than that, everything was great and we would definitely stay again!
I think the accommodation itself if wonderful, clean, modern etc. But the digital key system is an absolute mess. This is the second time we have stayed but won’t be staying again due to how stupid the check in system is and the fact that there is always an issue with the digital key. Takes an eternity to actually check in. Plus the $200 bond is ridiculous and pretty unnecessary. Most places these days will take cc details and/or pre auth. Outdated bond system.
