Product did not function as described on website. Motor ran about 1/3 of the spec. Called and was refused customer service and told that the motor wasn't the problem, that I was the problem. Was hung up on repeatedly. Employee would not provide his name or transfer to another employee or manager. I called back and he would answer and hang up on me.
