False advertisement came in there office to hold for a property that they had on Craigslist which was a lie that was from a previous property they did which mark never said that wasn’t the exact property so once I ask for my 500 dollar deposit back he took 50 dollars out of my deposit saying it was processing fee which that was not a agreement and I never sign any paperwork for a house that doesn’t even exist I wouldn’t recommend to anyone shady business

We bought a house from Grovewood a little over 2 years ago. Since then we have had to do many or our own renovations over their so called "renovations" after their repairs started falling apart within the first year of purchasing the property. Just recently, we had water damage to our floors because of water coming through our foundation due to flooding and improper yard drainage. I purchased my home in late 2018 and after getting a point of sale inspection,the inspector said he doesn't know how the inspection that was done passed. The garages foundation is rotten,and needs to be replaced,some outlets were properly installed,my dishmachine was not properly installed,basement floor was covered with cheap paint (currently peeling),flue pipes must be galvanized metal and cement seal all cracks.
