I can’t recommend WM Groves enough! I had a badly clogged drain and called them for help. Travis came out very quickly, and from the moment he arrived he was professional and friendly. He got to work quickly and got everything draining smoothly again. He explained what he was doing, made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving, and left the area clean. It was such a painless process I'd recommend them to anyone.
Travis (Mon. Aug. 18/2025) was very helpful and did his own investigation on the sewage problem we were experiencing. Very polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. His service was greatly appreciated. 👍

Stay away from this company. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I contacted them on a Sunday afternoon about a clogged sewer drain. They told me someone would follow up Monday morning, which they did around 9:00 a.m. They took all of my information but did not provide a specific appointment time—just that a technician could arrive any time before 6:00 p.m. I took the day off work and waited at home all day.
