They negligently left their equipment in my sewage pipe and now it is causing back up after back up. To add insult to injury, they charged me for their broken equipment, instead of offering a spot repair to retrieve their equipment. Due to their negligence, my sewage frequently backs up. I'm considering legal action. Please do not use this company.
