I have purchased 2 bikes from this location. The first was when it was under the Groves ownership. Groves really did a great job with customer service and made the all around experience amazing. Under the ownership of skyline, there is a lot to be improved. They are not honest to their customers and it is not the best work environment for their employees. The turnover rate is insane. Great service
Everyone at Skyline HD was fantastic during the process of trading in and purchasing a used bike. Anthony and Heather made the entire process a breeze. Responsive and friendly throughout.
I purchased my motorcycle here in February and the personnel went above and beyond to help me find what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and they really make you feel at home. Shianne is the best!. I also did some upgrades to the bike and all I have to say is that the parts and service team are the best in the area. I've taken my motorcycles to other HD dealers in the NOVA area and Skyline's service is above all.
