Horrible, I walked in with a new tire in one hand and the wheel in the other to get mounted and they said they were a little busy and would not be able to get to it for about a week. So I when across the street to the Yamaha shop, they said that they could squeeze me in and to come back in about 2 hours. I'm guessing mounting a tire probably takes maybe 20 minutes. Hmmm 🤔.
Went to see about getting a service done they were able to squeeze me in to do a service request without an appointment. I was very pleased and was out of there in no time.
Very clean dealership. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Was busy when I stopped in on a Saturday. If you own a Harley and are in Virginia, no other place you should go. Very knowledgeable service department.
Disappointed with their service department. I’ve had my bike there twice. Once for warranty issues and a second to have a rear tire put on. Both times my bike came back to me covered in grease and fingerprints. Saddle bags, tank, everywhere. Absolutely baffled they think it’s acceptable to return a customer’s bike in that condition when it showed up spotless. Pictures really don’t even show how bad it was. To some it might not be a big deal, but I spend a lot of time taking care of my bike and expect them to take care of it ... read more
I always feel welcome and everyone is always willing to spend a few minutes to talk.So glad to see Dokken, Lance and Will. Your parts department, has bent over backwards to help me get upgrades and get them installed. Isabel in motorclothes is always so helpful. A huge thank you to this dealership for everything they do. I can go to Sheetz or McDonalds and connect in their parking lots. Harley Dealers should make the guest WiFi accessible. My other gripe is the 3.99% credit card fee.
