I'm very picky who I let work on my vehicles, and I trust Groves to do good work, especially with alignments. I've brought multiple cars in and never had any issues. I have had many problems (at other shops) in the past, either with bad work or being told a vehicle that I've replaced the whole front end myself personally needs $$$$$ worth of extra work. We made several appointments to come and have a tire changed on our truck. The first time we called before we came to confirm and he told us we’d have no problem. We showed up 20 minutes later only to be told it was too late in the day to do it. It was 3:00 and I called at 2:30 to let him know we’d be there by then. The next time we made an appointment for 12pm and my husband sat until 3pm watching others who showed up after him go before him. Like they had just forgotten about him.
