Always nic & helpful
Had four new ATV tires to change out on our rims. The tires we had on it were decent but new tires came with it so we had them changed out. In doing it they punctured one of the rims. We put them back on atv. One would not hold air. Took it back, of course, they denied it. Offered to put a tube in the tire. We have to replace the rim eventually. Not right !!!! (Mr. Grove would not even come out to look at it or apologize).

I'm very picky who I let work on my vehicles, and I trust Groves to do good work, especially with alignments. I've brought multiple cars in and never had any issues. I have had many problems (at other shops) in the past, either with bad work or being told a vehicle that I've replaced the whole front end myself personally needs $$$$$ worth of extra work.
