I would 100 percent recommend Dr Groves! We loved Dr. Groves and his entire staff, they all were welcoming and made you feel so comfortable. Dr. Groves is knowledgeable and honest and he provided personal attention every visit. He truly cares about each patients and pays attention to detail. Both of my girls received orthodontic treatment from Dr. Groves and we were so happy with the BEAUTIFUL results! Hands down the best around!!!!!

He charged double what every other orthodontist charged, caused serious pain and issues for my son, and would not own up to any of it. He is a bully and a con. There are some fantastic orthodontists in the area, but Ron Groves in NOT one of them. He is a member of the "Good Ol'e Boys club in this town, and everyone knows his name. Sadly, he does shoddy work, and charges outrageous prices. Shameful. We had to start completely over with the new orthodontist, and reverse the damage that was done.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Groves and his staff. Dr. Groves and his staff are always very attentive and courteous, and both of my kids now have beautiful smiles! I highly recommend Dr. Groves.

Dr. Groves and his staff were extremely patient with me and always took the time to listen and answer ALL my questions and concerns. I highly recommend any adult needing braces to consider using Dr. Groves!

took three kids through expanders first, and later braces when they were old enough. orthodontic treatment turned out beautifully. very detail oriented, sees kids personally every visit, keeps parents informed throughout.

I had braces with Dr. Groves. He's nice, quiet, soft spoken, smart, gentle and compassionate. His orthodontic assistants are super sweet, bubbly and personable. His office wasn't the biggest office in the area. Biggest is not always the best. It's kind of like a fast food chain vs a local family owned restaurant. I'm glad Dr. Groves was my orthodontist. I smile a lot because thanks to him, my smile looks great now!

I am a college student and I got braces with Dr. Groves in in high school. The braces straightened my teeth successfully. I came back in when I was visiting home to get a new retainer, and he was a bit overzealous in straightening my teeth just a little bit more. He ended up selling me a new retainer, and finally after a few months, he put my permanent retainer back on and took away my old clear retainer. It messed up my bite, and I was having jaw pain. When I came back in to get that fixed, he tried to place the blame on the me, the patient, by telling me it was my fault for not wearing the retainer he took away. When I questioned this, he was incredibly rude to me, and I had to go elsewhere to get this problem fixed. It's pretty clear that he doesn't treat you well once you're not a potential customer for expensive treatment.

My kids don't like the dentist, but the results with Ron Groves have been good. His staff is very accomodating and cordial. We've recently started orthodontic evaluations for my oldest, and the prices are much higher than I anticipated.
