I have been living here since 2021 in the month of May and have quickly seen the decline of the neighborhood. HOA and it’s board staff members are a joke. I get hit nonstop with BS violations consistently meanwhile there are houses that have not cut the grass full of mold and dirt all over the place vehicles parked all over the driveway and front lawn, but I see they do nothing about it for months at a time and the vehicles are moved when in use, but are parked there often. DO NOT buy a home in here. The HOA is utterly abysmal, and half of the neighborhood is low income renters. Steer clear.
