DO NOT buy a home in here. The HOA is utterly abysmal, and half of the neighborhood is low income renters. Steer clear. Home Owners Harassment Association is run by Stephanie Mallary who is literally the reason why every single person we talk to is leaving. This is by far the worst place we have ever lived and we cannot wait to leave next month.
I have been living here since 2021 in the month of May and have quickly seen the decline of the neighborhood. HOA and it’s board staff members are a joke. I get hit nonstop with BS violations consistently meanwhile there are houses that have not cut the grass full of mold and dirt all over the place vehicles parked all over the driveway and front lawn, but I see they do nothing about it for months at a time and the vehicles are moved when in use, but are parked there often.
