I rented a Ditch Witch mini skid steer at Grover Tool. It was a diesel with lots of power I completed my job in half the time I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful
Rented a snake. The tool was Fine, however when I returned it the woman at the counter was so unfriendly I won't be back. I do have a choice. Why go to a place that makes you feel like you are a bother? They really have a lot to learn about customer service.
