Terrible service! They made me take my mom to the clinic,doctor didn’t see her. Then they schedule me for a virtual appointment that same day at 4pm didn’t called me I had to call at 4:38pm. They took payment but doctor said my mom didn’t need to see a cardiologist. I called a different doctor they told me to see a cardiologist. I have been seeing Dr. Grover from Jan. 2006 to date ! He saved my life !!! I was seeing his EX Partner ,no name , for 4 years and always got a good report , but , always tired and out of breath. Could not do anything without getting tired and have to set down and rest . Dr. Grover came in and said ," just to be on the safe side we will have a heart cath. I went in on 1/5/2006 and did it . Why doctor make me wait more than two hours I never understand. God. If you can't handle the nunber than shouldn't schedule our appointment. There is no reason to wait. The people behind me going first. So depressing. I feel like half of heart problems will be by waiting.
Dr. Grover is great. He shows concern, asks the right questions, provides trustworthy correct courses of action. Has very good follow up too. I have highly recommended him. The problem I have is with the staff. For those with new insurance (no copays) it is hard to get the negotiated price prior to appointment. Speaking of staff, Linda in particular is notorious for saying she did things when she didn't and says she will call back and doesn't. Work ethics are important; simply do what you say.
Dr. Grover is a very knowledgable doctor. Visits with doctor seem to be short and wait time is too long. His staff is small and sometimes do not complete their jobs when requested by the patient. He has also gone through a large number of staff personnel is the last 10 years.
He listens and respects my comments.
