Very unprofessional. Customer service is a no. Manager response is a no. How do you not contact a patient to let them know you can’t get what they need for their skin cancer? Absolutely ridiculous. Will be contacting BBB and also my insurance to see if they were billed for something not received. Edit after reply from company. It’s not FDA approved? Your company is a sham.
