After an unexpectedly warm afternoon, I decided it was time to upgrade to a smart thermostat. The technician who came was punctual and friendly, explaining the entire process clearly. It took just over an hour, and I was impressed by the neatness of the installation. I appreciated the tips he shared on optimizing energy savings, which was a nice bonus.
