Called and spoke to Kevin on a Friday about some work. Sent him pictures. He gave me a price and we set up the appointment for the following Monday morning. Very polite and very professional. Come Monday morning I arrived at the shop. Texted and called Kevin as he instructed me to do when I arrive. NO REPLY. GHOSTED!!! Now I decided before I would post a negative review. Had a rail made for a stairwell. Wow! Fair pricing, great communicaions and expert installation. The guy that made the rail and installed (Kevin) is a perfectionist!! Highly recommend this company.
Josh and Kevin were efficient, responsive and did a great job on our hand railing. We appreciated their quick response to any questions we had, and they completed the job in a timely fashion. And the railing looks great!
