customer service focus needed I will make my third trip to get parts for a kohler toilet. Wrong parts given at time of purchase do not fit They must want to sell me a new one, every time it seems like they do not ask questions and have something else to fill their time. In the past they have always gave perfect customer service and suggested what else you need. Their selection is much better then those big mega home stores. It still is!! Good luck to your business. Couldn't be better The only attitude I've experienced in this store is helpful and friendly. I've been in many times with 'stupid questions' and they have gone out of their way to help. They are well stocked and have the odd little parts you can't find elsewhere.
Grovers electric &plumbing Supply The people are knowledgeable in all areas of the store but lack the time to spend with a customer to help with projects. Some I have noticed have an attitude. For the most part I get my project done right.
Disappointment with service In two recent visits to the Hazel Dell store I was disappointed in the service provided. Both times the staff seemed to be annoyed with me when I was asking for help in getting a particular part for my toilet. They were curt and almost rude. My shopping experience is the polar opposite of what Grover TV ads show I should experience. The staff needs coaching in how to develop good relations with potential customers.
happy customer I have received nothing less than excellent service in the 8-9 years I've been shopping at Grovers in Hazel Dell. As an older woman, I'm used to being treated , at other places, like I couldn't know anything when the truth is, I'm quite knowledgeable re home repairs. Customer service Saturday Jan. 15, 2010 I called Grovers for a price on a 50 gallon 12 year warranty energy efficient water heater. I spoke to Patrick who quoted me $409.70. When I arrived to purchase the water heater I spoke to another gentleman that quoted me $539.00 dollars. He then referred me to Patrick who stated that he quoted me the price for an electric water heater. Old Fashioned Service This local electrical and plumbing store is the perfect store for the do it yourselfer. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help with whatever you need. It's a very large store and is well stocked. They carry a wide variety of lights and bathroom stuff. The store also carries sprinkler system supplies and they are able to install the system for you. Their customer service really makes them stand out from the "big box" stores.
