I am an interior designer located in Ashland. We had a project that needed 2 valve stems special ordered. The plumber we used said it would be 2-3 weeks until it arrived. I called Grover’s during week 2 and week 3. Both times they said it was still on order and should arrive the following week. Finally at week 4 they admitted the order hadn’t even been placed at all and it would be another 4 weeks before it could arrive. Came in there to get some random stuff for my Super Mario plumbing, they solved the issue I had and assisted me getting the right stuff. Shot out to the 3 service guys that helped me out, especially the one who built what I needed so I knew how to do the job right. Appreciate the hell outta ya guys.
Oregon State has a written policy of a septic tank capability to statically hold water at a steadfast holding of 48 hours. The Grover sold tank by infiltrator failed this required test. The Klamath Falls store manager took over two weeks and did not call me back. I had to call him. Couldn’t get help and made the mistake of cutting my own 3 feet of irrigation wire and taking a picture of the sku for the cashier to ring it up.. Cashier freaked out and wouldn’t ring it up. Instead makes me wait for the salesman to go right a ticket. Cashier was rude and so was the salesman. Needless to say I have other options for my repair needs and won’t be back.
