Ric was fantastic from start to finish--professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. In an hour, he fixed a light fixture, three fire alarms, a doorbell, and an outdoor light. What a wonderful experience! Our school was experiencing a localized power outage, and after briefly describing it to him, he offered to hop on a video call and help me solve it on the spot! Turns out it was something he could spot right away and guided me effortlessly to alleviate the problem at the source. I cannot be more thankful as we are in such a busy season and he saved the day. Anytime I have any more issues I am 1000% coming back! Thank you so much much!
I had a problem of losing all kitchen outlets power during the lunch time. I called Mr Grover. He was very nice and asked me to show the issue over FaceTime. Mr. Grover helps to diagnose gfci reset problems over FT and guide me reset the gfci and fix the problem. It only took less than 5 mins and free of charge!
