Ric was fantastic from start to finish--professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. In an hour, he fixed a light fixture, three fire alarms, a doorbell, and an outdoor light. He explained everything clearly, worked quickly but with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
