I highly recommend this dental office. The front office staff is knowledgeable, thorough, and accommodating. You can tell Dr. Labonne genuinely cares for the patients and wants to provide the best possible service and outcome. I recently had to have Invisalign treatment and two dental implants. The process was very smooth, and the treatment plan was discussed prior to the work being done to ensure I had a good understanding of what work was being done and why. Can’t say enough good things about this office.
Cannot say enough about how amazing Dr. Labonne is. I always had high anxiety when it came to going to the dentist. Last year my coworker told me about Dr. Labonne. Since last fall I have had an extraction, fillings and 2 implants done and Dr. Labonne has been absolutely amazing. He truly cares about his patients and explains everything in detail. Yesterday, I needed an immediate dentist visit. My dentist was not available, so I phoned and drove around Medicine Hat. One office, although booked solid, still took the time to phone another professional, Rachelle at Carry Drive Dental. Wow! Chantell had my info done in minutes. Chelsea had me in a chair within minutes. I went in to get the sharp edge of a broken tooth smoothed down until a dentist in my hometown could extract it the next week.
