Nice people good dentist but they don’t allow you to drink gasoline in the waiting room
Dr Labonne and the staff are all SO amazing. After having some pretty wicked dental anxiety my whole life, they were all super sweet, understanding and caring. After going there over the last year, I went the other day and for the first time in my entire life had NO dental anxiety at all. I am so thankful they helped me through this. The best and most friendly dentist office staff and doctors in Medicine Hat hands down.
I went in to get all my teeth removed and for them to put dentures in. Absolutely every step was explained to me before it happened, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable (as much as possible, at least) the whole way through. It was as quick as possible, while also allowing for a few breaks. They talked to me the whole time, helping clm my nerves and keep me distracted. I'd highly recommend Dr O'Connor and her techs, to absolutely anyone.
