I am writing this on behalf of my brother-in-law, who left this office in tears after how he was treated. He had made it clear that he struggles with dental anxiety and requested privacy. The first dentist who saw him was absolutely wonderful—kind, respectful, quiet, and considerate. She made sure the door was closed and that he felt comfortable. I've been a patient at Grover for many years now and hands down, the best dentist office and experience I've encountered. Modern office, exceptional staff, punctual and they really care about the health of your teeth and work with you to achieve your best smile yet. And did I mention, never any pain?! I use to dread dentist appointments, but not any longer.
Dr. Whig & his assistant Patty were very professional & super nice! They did an amazing job! The front desk were super nice too & made time to explain any issues that you might have. I recommend this place!
Wife has been a long time patient. Over the last few years, there has been a turn over of Dentist at this location . The dentist has redone the same filling a number of times, the most recent a year ago. My wife just developed a cavity under the filling. You can draw your conclusion to their workmanship
I had a great experience for my regular cleaning appointment this week at Grover - Hayden location. I had a new hygienist named Matthew who was super friendly and efficient, and I appreciated how painless he made the gum measurement process when I’ve had negative experiences with it in the past. The dentist Dr. Whig actually spent time with me to discuss my tooth health and answer my questions, which was great.
